Week of May 10, 2010
*The Kindergarten program will be May 27, at 7:00p.m. in the gymnasium.
*Kindergarten field day will be Friday, May 21 from 9-10:30. Parents and family are welcome to attend and students will be able to leave after this event!
*We will be taking a field trip tomorrow to Hollywild. Please make sure your child wears his/hers gold class t-shirt and tenis shoes. Also, please make sure they have a sack lunch and a drink with their name on it. I will bring a cooler.
Reading: This week we will practice spelling, making good guesses, and critical thinking. We will read books 15,16, and 17.
Math: We will practice addition, place a tag on a pictograph, identify and match equivalent sets, and write to 100.
Core Knowledge: We will complte our study of South America.
